K series reducer
The speed reducer is usually designed for constant torque with less than 10 starts and stops per hour and at room temperature of 20℃. Before selecting the model number according to the selection parameter table, it is necessary to know the load and working condition of the working machine, and select the use coefficient in the parameter table after the operating power is determined.
Note: If the user has high requirements for the reliability of the reducer, he should consider the necessary safety factor or call us for advice; for the radial load and axial load at the output end, please contact with the technical department of our company; for the use and maintenance of the reducer, please refer to the "Instruction Manual of the Reducer" which comes with the reducer.

K Series Helical Gear Reducer

Transmission Ratio    5.36-197.37

Input Power   0.12-200KW

Output Torque   10-62800NM

Mounting Type   Horizontal(Base Mounted)/Vertical(Flange Mounted)

Performance Features:

1.Our gear reducers are designed based on modular combination system, allowing flexible pairing with various motor types or other power inputs. The same model can be matched with multiple power-rated motors, enabling easy inter-model combination and connection.

2.High transmission efficiency, with single-stage reducer efficiency up to 96%.

3.Wide range of precise transmission ratios. Combined models can achieve larger ratios with lower output speeds.

4.Versatile mounting options including horizontal and flange-mounted configurations.

Operating Conditions:

1.Ambient temperature -40°C~50°C.(Preheat lubricant above 0°C when starting below freezing)

2.Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.

3.Input speed ≤1800rpm, maximum gear peripheral speed ≤22m/S.

4.Suitable for bidirectional operation.

5.No industry restrictions.

6.For other conditions, please consult our technical department.

Reducers are typically designed for fewer than 10 start-stop cycles per hour at constant torque under 20°C. Before selecting models from parameter tables, understand the working load and conditions, then apply the service factor after determining operational power.

Note: For higher reliability requirements, consider necessary safety factors or consult us. For radial/axial loads on output ends, contact our technical department. Refer to the included for usage and maintenance.
