Overview
CW series modular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer (JB/T7935-1999) features an integrated body and modular design, utilizing ZC1 worm gear with carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. It offers high load capacity, transmission efficiency, and long service life. CW type is a modular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer with ZC1 worm gear profile.
Center distance
The series includes fourteen center distances: 63, 80, 100, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400mm, with center distance unit in mm.
Transmission ratio
The series offers twelve transmission ratios: 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 31.5, 40, 50, 63.
