Overview

CW series modular arc cylindrical worm reducer (JB/T7935-1999) has the characteristics of integral body and modular design. It adopts carburized, quenched and ground ZC₁, worm drive, large load capacity, high transmission efficiency and long life. It is suitable for metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction, building materials, energy, light industry and other industries. It is a general reducer with a wide range of applications.

Working conditions: worm speed <1500r/min; working environment temperature is -40~40℃. When the working environment temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting, or a lubricating oil with a low freezing point must be used. When the working environment temperature is above 40℃, cooling measures must be taken. The reducer can run in forward and reverse directions.

Center distance

This series has fourteen types of center distances: 63, 80, 100, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, and 400mm. The unit of center distance is mm.

Gear Ratio

This series has twelve transmission ratios: 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 31.5, 40, 50, and 63.
