Centrally Driven Scraper Speed Reducer
The JWZ scraper drive device adopts a single-stage worm gear reduction drive, which can be driven by a pendulum pinwheel reducer, a speed-regulating motor via chain and sprocket, V-belt drive, or direct coupling. This device is a low-speed output drive unit, featuring high torque, low noise, smooth operation, and no leakage. It is mainly used for sludge discharge in water treatment equipment and mechanical accessory products. The reducer comes in various forms such as manual lift, manual-electric dual-purpose lift, and more. It can be equipped with safety shear pins and spring-type overload automatic protection devices (JGZ4500) upon user request to ensure the safe operation of the speed sleeve device.

Select the appropriate gearbox based on the size of the clarifier tank. The following data is for reference only:

Diameter 6 meters: Choose JWZ200-8-40-ST     (DT)

Diameter 8 meters: Choose JWZ240-10-40-ST(DT)

Diameter 10 meters: Choose JWZ350-10-60-ST     (DT)

Diameter 13 meters: Choose JWZ420-12-60-ST     (DT)

Diameter 6 meters: Choose JWZ460-10-60-ST     (DT)

Each of the above models can be equipped with overload protection devices, manual lifting (ST) or motorized lifting (DT), customized according to customer requirements.

The primary reduction motor usually adopts a dual-swing needle wheel reducer. Select the appropriate reduction motor based on different specifications of the gearbox. The worm gear reducer adopts chain wheel chain links.
