Electric lifting scraper reducer
The JWZ scraper drive device uses a single-stage worm gear reduction drive, which can be driven by a pendulum wheel reducer, a speed-regulating motor through a chain wheel chain, a triangular belt wheel belt, or directly connected. This device is a low-speed wheel output transmission device, with large output torque, low noise, stable operation, and no leakage. It is mainly used for mechanical supporting products of sludge discharge in water treatment equipment. The reducer has manual lifting, manual and electric dual-use lifting, and other forms, and can be equipped with a safety shear pin and a spring-type overload automatic protection device (JGZ4500) according to user requirements to ensure the safe operation of the speed sleeve device.

According to the size of the clarifier tank, choose the appropriate worm gear box, the following data is for reference only:

Diameter 6 meters: choose JWZ200-8-40-ST     (DT)

Diameter 8 meters: choose JWZ240-10-40-ST(DT)

Diameter 10 meters: choose JWZ350-10-60-ST     (DT)

Diameter 13 meters: choose JWZ420-12-60-ST     (DT)

Diameter 6 meters: choose JWZ460-10-60-ST     (DT)

Each of the above models can be equipped with overload protection device, manual lifting (ST) or electric lifting (DT) can be customized according to customer needs.

The first-stage reduction motor usually adopts double pendulum pinwheel reducer, choose the appropriate reduction motor according to different specifications of the worm gear box. The worm reducer adopts chain wheel chain connection.
