The JWZ scraper drive device adopts a single-stage worm gear reduction drive, which can be driven by a pendulum pinwheel reducer, a speed-regulating motor through chain wheels and chains, a triangular belt pulley, or direct coupling. This equipment is a low-speed output transmission device with high torque, low noise, stable operation, and no leakage. It is mainly used for sludge discharge machinery in water treatment equipment. The reducer is available in manual lifting, manual-electric dual-purpose lifting, and other forms. According to user requirements, safety shear pins and spring-type overload automatic protection devices (JGZ4500) can be added to ensure the safe operation of the speed sleeve device.

Choose the appropriate worm gear box according to the size of the clarifier. The following data is for reference only:

Diameter 6 meters: select JWZ200-8-40-ST (DT)

Diameter 8 meters: select JWZ240-10-40-ST(DT)

Diameter 10 meters: select JWZ350-10-60-ST (DT)

Diameter 13 meters: select JWZ420-12-60-ST (DT)

Diameter 6 meters: select JWZ460-10-60-ST (DT)

Each of the above models can be equipped with overload protection device, manual lifting (ST) or electric lifting (DT) according to customer needs.

The first stage reduction motor usually adopts a double-motor cycloid pinwheel reducer, and the appropriate reduction motor is selected according to the different specifications of the worm gear box. The worm gear reducer is connected by a sprocket chain.
