The driving device consists of a pendulum pinwheel reducer, worm gear reducer, or gear reducer output shaft end mounted with a small gear, which then transmits to the three-to-four-stage reduction transmission device of the rotary support drive.
The main shaft features various lifting forms such as non-lifting, manual lifting, and dual-purpose manual-electric lifting, with a lifting height of 300 mm. An overload torque automatic protection device can be added upon user request to ensure safe operation of the entire equipment.
The single-row ball-type rotary support adopts an advanced four-point contact ball structure, capable of bearing significant axial, radial, and overturning forces. This reducer is characterized by a large transmission ratio, high torque capacity, compact structure, low noise, smooth operation, and zero leakage. It is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications such as sewage equipment and sludge machinery, particularly for supporting high-load systems like those in steel plants.
