The lead screw can provide double-ended and triple-ended lead screws, and the lifting speed increases proportionally. Please consult the sales engineer for specific parameters.


Selection considerations:

◆The duty cycle is the percentage of working time within 10 minutes. The duty cycle of SJA series ordinary gear screw jacks is 30%, and the duty cycle of ball screw screw jacks is 50%. When the actual load is less than the rated load, the duty cycle can be appropriately increased. Please consult an engineer for details.

◆Maximum input speed is 1800rpm

◆When the actual load is 25% to 100% of the full load (i.e. the load rate is 25%-100%), the input torque = load rate x full load torque

◆When the stroke is greater than 300mm, the stability should be checked. Please refer to the load and stroke stability curve for verification.

◆Adjust the safety factor according to the load type. Uniform load 1.0-1.2; Medium load 1.3-1.5; Heavy load 1.6-2.5

◆The input power of the screw jack under normal working conditions cannot exceed the maximum input power, input power kW = (full load torque Nmx load rate x input speed rpm) / 9550

◆The working environment temperature affects the maximum input power.

Actual maximum input power = rated maximum input power x temperature coefficient, -10℃-25℃ temperature coefficient = 1, 30℃ temperature coefficient = 0.85, 40℃ temperature coefficient = 0.65

◆The combination coefficient should be considered when designing a synchronous lifting platform, and the linkage loss should be considered when calculating the total power. The combination coefficient of two units is -0.95; three units is -0.9; four units is -0.85; 6-8 units is -0.8. When the spiral lift is hinged at both ends, the combination coefficient should be appropriately increased.

◆Ordinary gear screw screw jacks with large reduction ratios have a self-locking function, while those with small reduction ratios have uncertain self-locking. Brakes must be configured in safety and vibration situations.

◆The lead error of ordinary toothed screw and ball screw lifts over a 300mm travel is 0.1mm.

◆ To avoid lateral force on the screw jack, you can consider using guide rails, guide devices, etc. to offset the lateral force or use a self-aligning nut screw jack.
