Overview
JWM type (trapezoidal screw type)
The low-speed, low-frequency JWM type (trapezoidal screw type) is suitable for low-speed, low-frequency occasions. Its main components are: precision trapezoidal screw pair and high-precision worm gear pair.
Economical: compact structure, simple operation and easy maintenance.
Low speed, low frequency: mainly used in places with heavy load, low speed and infrequent work.
Hold the load: The lead screw has an automatic locking function, which can hold the load even without a brake device.
*When subjected to large vibrations or impact loads, the self-locking function may occasionally fail, and an external braking device is required.
JWB type (ordinary ball screw type)
High-speed, high-frequency JWB type (ordinary ball screw type) is suitable for high-speed, high-frequency and high-performance devices. Its main components are precision ball screw pairs and high-precision worm gear pairs.
High efficiency Rolling friction is used to improve the efficiency of the whole machine. Only a small driving source is needed to generate a large driving force.
High speed Compared with trapezoidal screw, the speed is greatly improved, and it can run easily and at high speed.
Long service life The use of high-quality ball screws can increase its service life by more than 3 times.
Note: ① It has no self-locking function and needs an external braking device or a driving source with braking.

Machine assembly shape and features
Basic form (US, DS)
The nut turns the screw rod to move up and down. This is a common lift assembly.
US: On DS: Down
*Please select the appropriate lift (upward or downward) according to the load direction and installation direction.
*When the screw shaft is raised or lowered, it will generate rotational force, so measures must be taken to prevent rotation.
Anti-rotation structure (UM, DM)
UM: Up 1 DM: Down
It is suitable for situations where the top is running without a connection or the rope is pulled by a pulley and rotation cannot be prevented.
Please select the appropriate lift (UM or DM) according to the load direction and installation direction.
Movable nut structure (UR, DR)
Generally speaking, the lift must have the stroke generated by the lifting of the screw shaft and the space required by the screw cover. If you want to increase the stroke in a limited space, this movable nut structure is very suitable (the screw shaft rotates and the movable nut moves). The top of the screw shaft is cylindrical, so when the stroke is long, a support method is used at the shaft end to obtain a good transmission effect.
UR: Upward DR: Downward
Please select the appropriate lifter (pressing up or hanging down) according to the load direction and installation direction. Note: In the selection and model indication method, the placement direction of the nut must also be indicated.
